Joe Burke succeeds Dave Beasley who is retiring after 40 years with Akron group
Akron, Ohio – Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has announcedJoe Burke as vice president, North America commercial business, reporting to Steve McClellan, president, Goodyear Americas.
Burke succeeds Dave Beasley, who has decided to retire after nearly 40 years with Goodyear, the US tire maker announced 29 Nov.
With Goodyear since 2015, Burke most recently served as general manager of Goodyear’s global aviation business.
He previously led Goodyear’s commercial sales and OE account teams and was “instrumental” in bringing its fleet solutions offerings to the market.
Burke's previous career includes positions at OEConnection, Lincare Holdings and Aerotek.
