Desma announces top management change in Slovakia
Branislav Pavlik to take over as 'sole' leader in January, as Wolfgang Tarrach returns to Germany
Fridingen, Germany – German moulding machinery major Desma has announced top-management changes within its subsidiary in Slovakia, effective January 2024.
As of the newyear, Wolfgang Tarrach will leave the Slovakia operations, with company veteran Branislav Pavlik becoming the sole managing director there.
Pavlik and Tarrach currently jointly manage the Slovakia operations, rubber moulding machhine maker Desma explained in a recent statement.
Having joined Desma 26 years ago, Tarrach served as its purchasing manager in Germany for 13 years and commercial managing director in Slovakia for nine years.
Tarrach will return to Desma's Fridingen base as a member of the supervisory board, while maintaining a ‘supporting role’ for Slovakia.
He will also help drive forward the strategic and operational purchasing activities in Fridingen, and develop “a targeted global procurement strategy across all locations.”
