Nordmann to market HB Fuller rubber bonding agents in Germany

Substances enable rubber to adhere to wide range of substrates, including steel, thermoplastics and fabrics
Hamburg, Germany – German polymers and chemicals distributor Nordmann has entered a partnership with HB Fuller for the supply of its rubber bonding agents across Germany.
Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, HB Fuller is a global adhesive supplier and manufactures its Cilbond rubber agents at a factory in Preston, UK.
The new partnership, Nordmann announced 20 Sept, will support customers and expand markets for rubber bonding agents in Germany.
According to Nordmann, Cilbond products enable rubber to adhere to a wide range of substrates, including steel, aluminium, thermoplastics, fabrics, glass fibres and ceramics.
The HB Fuller portfolio encompasses single-layer and two-layer systems – consisting of primer and cover – as well as solvent-based and water-borne products.
Typical applications include anti-vibration components, such as springs, shock absorbers and engine mounts; coil coatings; bridge bearings; seals & gaskets.
