Tire Tech Expo Preview - Industry leaders to show the way forward

ERJ tracks new advances in the fields of technology, machinery, materials and R&D being presented at this year’s expo & conference:

Tire Technology Expo 2025, taking place at the Messe Hannover on 4-6 March, will feature leading-edge developments from leading players throughout the industry.

Major themes for this year’s staging will include sustainability, automated manufacture, intelligent tires and tire-wear mitigation and measurement.

Issues around net-zero, the circular economy and the need to minimise the carbon footprint of tire materials and manufacturing processes will also be widely addressed.

Lawer will showcase its latest automatic weighing system, said to ensure high productivity, constant quality, and complete process traceability while eliminating human-error.

Skyhem, a pioneer in bio-based solutions for the rubber industry, is set to launch a 100% plant-based process oil designed specifically for tire manufacturing.

UP-Labels' latest generation of TU markings and micro-decals combine unparalleled customisation, durability, and sustainability to provide revolutionary solutions for tire identification.

UTH will highlight the capability of its advanced TRP (two-roll plasticiser) technology to ensures consistent material homogeneity and reduced viscosity.
