Comerio Ercole recognised for ‘workplace health’ programme

Italian rubber machinery maker shows best-practice in terms of well-being, lifestyle and combating addictive behaviours
Milan, Italy – Italian rubber & plastics processing machinery maker Comerio Ercole has received an award in recognition of its workplace health promotion programme, the company said 5 March.
The initiative is promoted by the Health Protection Agency of Insubria in collaboration with work ethics association Confindustria Varese and local trade unions.
The annual awards scheme recognises organisations for best practice in terms of promoting employee well-being and healthy behaviours.
Areas covered include healthy eating, active lifestyle, work-life balance and combating addictive behaviours such as smoking, alcohol and gambling.
