Toyo Tire’s Proxes Sport 2 premium sport tire has received the Red Dot award in the product design category. The tire, according to Toyo, has a high level of performance in handling and braking, and uses proprietary technologies for pattern design and nano balance for materials development. Organised by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen of Germany, the award is one of the world’s three largest design awards, along with the iF Design Award and the International Design Excellence Awards.
