Tire Tracker: Hankook supplying tires for BYD’s T4K electric truck

Hankook Tire is supplying Hankook RA08 radial tires for light trucks as OE fitment for the T4K – a one-tonne electric truck by Chinese manufacturer BYD. According to Hankook, the tire provides “strong traction” to support the vehicle's load, as well as “excellent wear resistance” for high mileage. The tire features “optimised pattern design” which enhances braking power, providing stable driving performance in various driving environments. The partnership, according to Hankook, is expected to solidify the tire maker’s position in China, one of the world’s largest EV markets.
