Yokohama Rubber Co. (YRC) is supplying Geolandar A/T G015 as OE tire on the new Crosstrek Wilderness SUV for North America. The all-terrain tire, claims YRC, demonstrates “excellent fuel efficiency, comfort, and safety performance, as well as utility performance on a variety of road surfaces.” Furthermore, the tire offers a design that is “stylish yet decidedly off-road”, it said. The OE fitment is aligned with YRC’s strategy to extend OE adoption of its Advan and Geolandar tires, with a particular focus on Geolandar and the introduction of new sizes in 2023.
