Boldrini served as co-CEO, along with Holger Jung since March 2022
Houston, Texas – Kraton Corp. has named Marcello Boldrini as its chief executive officer with a remit to advance its position in the supply of speciality polymers and pine chemicals.
Boldrini has been serving as co-CEO, Kraton Corp., along with Holger Jung, and CEO Kraton Pine Chemicals since March last year.
Under Boldrini's leadership, Kraton has achieved “remarkable success, delivering large-scale revenue and exponential growth”, said its 3 July announcement.
The company's statement did not provide further details about Holger Jung, who has been part of Kraton since 2011.
Boldrini has “extensive industry knowledge, operational depth, and a proven track record in driving performance improvements,” said Yong Nam, chairman of Kraton.
“We are confident that he will realise Kraton's 2030 vision of becoming a leading sustainable producer of speciality polymers and pine chemicals," he added.
