Apollo Tyres is expanding its reach in North America, having launched the Vredestein brand of passenger cars and light truck tires in the US two years ago. “Armed with the lessons of the US-market launch,” Vredestein is partnering with Canada's "biggest” passenger car and light truck tire retailer Canadian Tire to bring a lineup of PCR tires to the country. With more than 500 stores, Canadian Tire is "ideally positioned to help introduce new customers to Vredestein’s family of premium tires,” said Abhishek Bisht, assistant vice president, Americas.
