Malaysian rubber gloves association appoints new president

Petaling Jaya, Malaysia – The Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) has appointed a new president and new committee members for a three-year term starting June.

Oon Kim Hung from Oon Corp Resources was elected as the president of MARGMA, succeeding Dr Supramaniam Shanmugam of Bonric, who will assume the role of immediate past president.

Hue Kon Fah of Top Glove will continue serving as the association's vice president.

Joining the leadership team now are Jennifer Yeo of Koon Seng as treasurer, Teh Weng Joo of Hartalega, as honorary secretary and Felix Darrel of Ansell as assistant honorary secretary.

The “experienced individuals”, said MARGMA 19 June, will bring “a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to their respective positions” to drive the association forward.
