Tire Tracker – New Mazda CX-90 rolls on Yokohama Geolandar tires

Yokohama Rubber Co. (YRC) is supplying its Geolandar X-CV tires as OE fitment for Mazda’s new CX-90 crossover SUV. Mazda launched the SUV in the US in April, fitted with 265/55R19 109V size Geolandar tires. According to YRC, the tire represents “a new dimension” in highway terrain tires, developed to meet the M+S (mud & snow) standard for high-performance crossover SUVs. The tire maker said it used its HAICoLab artificial intelligence platform to develop and tune the tire to the demands of the vehicle.
