Maria Roettger succeeds Pirelli’s Michael Wendt who now serves as president
Frankfurt, Germany – The German Rubber Industry Association (WDK) has elected the CEO and president of Michelin Europe North, Maria Roettger as vice president.
She succeeds Michael Wendt of Pirelli, who has been president of the WDK since July 2022, said the association in a 10 Nov statement.
Roettger holds a degree in business law and has been leading Michelin Europe North since 1 June.
She previously held various positions at the French food group Danone before becoming senior HR manager Central Europe at the global financial services institution Fidelity International.
Roettger started her career at Michelin in January 2020 as head of human resources for the Europe North region.
