Martial Lecat and Phillippe Combette to remain on supervisory board of French distributor
Paris – Safic-Alcan has appointed Yann Lissillour as its next chief executive officer, the French distributor announced 31 March.
He will replace chairman Philippe Combette, who will hand over the presidency of the group on 1 April.
Combette will remain as a member of Safic-Alcan supervisory board.
At the same time, Martial Lecat who joined Safic-Alcan in 1988, will depart from the group’s executive committee but will continue to chair the group’s supervisory board.
The executive committee will henceforth be composed of: Yann Lissillour, CEO and head of group M&A; Jean-Michel Guyon, CFO; Philippe Cenreaud, managing director performance products; Jose Lora, managing director life sciences; and Juliette Gamez, chief digital officer.
Yann Lissillour joined Safic-Alcan in 2000 and has held various commercial and managerial positions during his career within the group.
He has been in charge of acquisitions since 2016 and was appointed COO last November.
