Tire recycler expects the shares to begin trading in Frankfurt on 30 March
Dillingen, Germany – German waste tire pyrolysis company Pyrum Innovations AG has has applied for a secondary listing in the scale segment at Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt.
The company expects the shares to begin trading in Frankfurt on 30 March, said a statement 24 March.
Pyrum’s initial listing of shares took place in September last year on the Euronext Growth Market, the growth segment for small and medium-sized companies of the Oslo Stock Exchange.
During that round, key German companies including BASF and Continental AG co-invested in the tire recycler.
With the new listing on the scale segment, which is a legally registered SME growth market, Pyrum expects to gain "efficient access" to national and international investors.
The segment, Pyrum said, is a good alternative to the general standard and prime standard segments, which are regulated by the EU.
