Names Ikuo Ishida as president and chief executive officer
Tokyo - Denka Co. has named a new president and chief executive officer as part of a recent management reshuffle.
Effective 1 April, incumbent president and CEO Toshio Imai will move to the position of chairman and representative director, succeeding Manabu Yamamoto who will serve as special advisor to directors.
Ikuo Ishida, currently director and managing executive officer, will take over as representative director, president & CEO.
Currently representative director and senior managing executive officer Kazuo Takahashi will assume the position of director and executive fellow.
