CRC Distribution is based in Alabama and primarily supplies to US domestic industry
Trelleborg, Sweden – Trelleborg Sealing Solutions (TSS) has finalised a deal to acquire CRC Distribution, a US-based distributor of polymer sealing solutions, Trelleborg announced 9 Jan.
Based in Robertsdale, Alabama, the company also specialises in sealing related services in hydraulics, hydropower, oil and gas, as well as for pumps and compressors.
With annual sales of SEK170 million (€15 million), CRC is primarily focused on the domestic US market and has recently expanded into Mexico.
Announced last October, the deal is expected to strengthen TSS's offerings for manufacturers and businesses focused on maintenance, repair, and operation of industrial equipment.
Trelleborg did not disclose the cost of the acquisition.
