Vancouver, Canada - Polish waste tire pyrolysis company Reoil SP ZOO has signed up German distributor Harke Chemicals to supply its recovered carbon black (rCB) and tire pyrolysis oil (TPO).
Harke will exclusively market Reoil’s ‘ReBlack’ rCB and TPO across Europe and the UK, reported Vancouver-based Klean Industries, whose continuous tire pyrolysis technology is employed by Reoil.
“The collaboration with Harke Chemicals will help us make our products available to a wider customer base,” Reoil CTO Sebastian Zygmunt commented in the release.
For its part, Harke Chemicals said it would work with Reoil and development partners to promote innovative solutions and the integration of recycled materials.
“This collaboration will enable us to broaden the reach of these sustainable products and contribute to reducing waste and CO2 emissions, “ said Thorsten Harke, president, Harke Group.
Posting 2023 sales of over €12 million and an EBITDA of €5.8 million, Reoil operates a 20 kilotonnes per annum (ktpa) ELT pyrolysis facility in the southern Polish city of Bukowno.
Reoil is currently preparing to establish a second plant with an additional capacity of up to 60ktpa of ELTs - a project being developed in cooperation with Zeppelin Systems. (ERJ report)
