UK seals maker ‘uniquely placed’ to serve mining and minerals, other industrial sectors in Australia
Rotherham, UK - AES Engineering Group Ltd has acquired Australian seals manufacturer Triseal to expand its footprint and coverage across the country.
Now operating under AES Seal WA (western Australia), the unit is “uniquely placed” to serve the mining and minerals sector as well as other major industrial customers in the region.
As part of the deal, the AES Engineering Group has purchased all operating assets of the former Triseal branches in Perth and Kalgoorlie, said a 27 June statement.
To integrate the unit, the UK-based group said it would make the entire product and service portfolio of its subsidiary AES Seal available to the Australian market.
The acquisition adds to AES Seal's operations in Queensland and New South Wales, with the company now providing “a 100% Australia wide” product and service network for “all industrial segments,” said AES Engineering.
“This allows AES Seal WA (formerly Triseal) to immediately improve its offering to customers for an expanded product range,” said Chris Rea, managing director of AES Engineering.
