Move to ensure ‘faster, simpler and more sustainable online sales’
Milan, Italy – Pirelli has “entirely revised” its TyreClub+ business-to-business (B2B) tire sales platform, which was launched 10 years ago, the company announced 27 Jan
Intended to make it easier and more efficient to use, offering tire dealers a better digital experience, the revamp had enhanced the functionality to the digital platform.
New features include real-time monitoring of deliveries, more straightforward order management, access to data and statistics, according to the company.
“The latest version of TyreClub+ makes ordering easier and checking which tires are available faster and more intuitive, thanks to new filters that simplify search results,” said Pirelli.
Along with the list of researched products, the platform indicates the products that are currently available and in which quantities, where they are located, and how much they cost.
A new tracking system has been introduced to monitor delivery status in real-time, along with more accurate delivery dates and an individual order log that goes back 18 months, added Pirelli.
The tire maker went on to say that when fully operational the “technological transformation” of the B2B platform will lead to a 40% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to current systems.
The new platform was launched in January in Italy and Germany and will subsequently reach other markets during 2023.
