Semperit announces change to supervisory board leadership

Cord Prinzhorn will be proposed for election at next AGM as chairman Herbert Ortner resigns
Vienna – Semperit AG Holding’s chairman of supervisory board Herbert Ortner has resigned from his position and has left the Austrian group’s board.
Deputy chairman of the supervisory board, Dr Stefan Fida will take over the responsibilities of the chairman until the next annual general meeting on 25 April, said Semperit in a 27 Dec statement without giving further details.
The Vienna-based group said that Cord Prinzhorn will be proposed to the board for election during the next AGM, to assume the chairmanship in the future.
Prinzhorn is currently the chairman of the board of Austria-based Lenzing Group.
Ortner joined the Semperit board in 2020 and took over as the chairman of the board in 2021.
