Spanish major produces over 45k retreaded truck tires a year, using Ringtread materials and technologies
Córdoba, Spain – Marangoni has presented a special plaque to representatives of Cordoba, Spain-based Recacor, one of the main truck tire retreaders in Europe, marking 25 years of collaboration between the companies.
“The complete adoption of Marangoni’s ring technology in our retreading plant has been instrumental in the development of the business and in achieving the leadership position that Recacor enjoys,” said Manolo Moreno, owner of Recacor.
For his part, Marangoni Group president Vittorio Marangoni said: “Recacor is one of our most important partners in the world. They are in perfect synch with the company philosophy [and represent] an example of excellence for all retreaders around the world.“
Founded in 1926 by D. Laureano Moreno Lopez, Recacor is still run by the Moreno family, and produces more than 45,000 retreaded truck tires per year using Ringtread System materials and technologies.
