Agreement to expand availability of US supplier's polyurethane additives for flexible slabstock foams
Niskayuna, New York – Momentive and Safic-Alcan have recently expanded a distribution agreement for the supply of polyurethane (PU) additives in Europe.
The move will enhance the availability of supplier's PU additives for flexible slabstock foams across the eastern Europe region, according to a 10 Oct statement from Momentive.
Since July, the deal has been extended to cover: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Poland.
The polyurethane additives are used in industrial applications including flexible foams and rigid insulation materials.
