Seals maker Hultec aligns companies under single flag

Spring, Texas – Hultec has brought together four companies* it owns “under a singular global name” Hultec, the global supplier of pipe-sealing products announced 1 Oct.

The realignment follows Industrial Growth Partners’ acquisition of the Texas company and its affiliated brands in 2023, and Hultec’s purchase of RieberLok in January.

The ‘strategic branding’ move – which includes a new Hultec identity, logo and website – is focused on combining customer service with innovative material science for gaskets and pipe-sealing technology.

“Because we are strongest as one, the unified Hultec global brand creates clarity in the marketplace and positions us to grow and take advantage of the many opportunities for tomorrow,” stated Tom Ross, CEO of Hultec.

Hultec relocated its corporate HQ to Spring, Texas in June and is set to open a new manufacturing facility, warehouse and distribution centre there later this year.

The company also operates plants in Fort Worth, Texas; Costa Rica; and Vietnam: manufacturing pipeline gaskets mainly for critical infrastructure and environmental protection applications.

“Saving lives is a driving force behind our innovative designs,” said Ross, noting that “without our seals, communities would face more clean water loss, a higher threat of infection and wastewater contamination, and greater risk for catastrophic events.”
