Standard Profil appoints new chief financial officer

Eschborn, Germany – Standard Profil has announced the appointment of Ulrich-Nikolaus Kranz to the management board of the SP Group as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

As of 16 Sept, Kranz “assumes responsibility for the financial functions and IT operations of Standard Profil,” said the company’s statement.

Kranz, it said, holds degrees in  business administration and law and “has deep knowledge in the automotive industry and strong background in financial leadership.”

Standard Profil's new CFO has held senior positions at automotive-supply companies, such as Kiekert AG and Schlemmer Group, continued the statement.

Kranz “brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership, strategic growth, and operational excellence, which are crucial... [to] our long-term growth strategy,” said Standard Profil CEO Dr. Klaus Elmer.
