Borflex rubber protects military defence equipment

These parts seal vehicle air-filtration systems and personal-protective equipment from the infiltration of harmful agents, while the shock-absorption properties of rubber protect against damage from impacts and explosions, said the Hermes, Picardie-based company.

Even in extreme weather, it notes, rubber seals and parts play a vital role in preserving the integrity of vehicles, weapons, and electronic equipment, while also dampening vibrations and shocks, reducing wear and extending the useful life of equipment.

According to Borflex, its know-how and capabilities to completely integrate production processes, enable the company “to provide sealing solutions that are perfectly adapted to the most demanding needs.”
