Chinese tire maker appoints Wang Jianjun as the new leader of company
Shanghai, China - Aeolus Tyre has named Wang Jianjun as its new director and chairman to succeed Wang Feng who resigned from the position in July.
Prior to his appointment Wang Jianjun served as the company's secretary and general manager, said Aeolus in a stock exchange announcement 5 Aug.
His term wills start following the approval of shareholders in the upcoming shareholders' meeting, the time of which was not revealed.
Wang Feng resigned from his position at Aeolus due to “job changes”, according to the tire maker.
He gave up the position of general manager at Aeolus Tyre in January last year, after being appointed as the chairman of China National Tire & Rubber Co. (CNCR) which is a controlling shareholder of Aeolus.
