Appoints Wes McMinimy as business development manager to provide localised support and services to meet the needs of its European customers
Endurica, a global specialist in elastomer durability based in the USA, has announced the appointment of Wes McMinimy as the new European Business Development Manager.
According to a company announcement: "This strategic move aims to strengthen Endurica’s commitment to the European market further, where it has already established a significant customer base.
"The appointment of a dedicated business development manager for Europe reinforces Endurica's commitment to providing localized support and services to meet the needs of European customers.
"Wes McMinimy joins Endurica with a strong background in product development for business-to-business solutions and in strategic customer relationship management.
"His primary role will involve accelerating the adoption of Endurica's solutions among European raw material suppliers, rubber component manufacturers and OEMs, focusing on enhancing client relationships and significantly expanding the company's market presence in Europe.
"Endurica’s advanced analysis, simulation, and engineering workflows enable engineers to meet rubber durability targets early in the product development cycle. This approach not only speeds up the time to market but also reduces costs significantly.
"For raw material suppliers, Endurica’s simulation and testing methods are used to demonstrate the benefits of new additives, polymers or fillers in product-specific applications.
"For part suppliers and tire makers, Endurica methods increase product launch success rates by reducing the risk of missed product durability qualification and by shortening product development timelines.
