General price hike of $220 per tonne will come into effect as of July, according to US supplier
Houston, Texas – Kraton Corp. is introducing a general price hike of $220/tonne (€204/tonne) for all hydrogenated styrene block-copolymer (HSBC) products.
Subject to terms of any applicable contracts, and surcharges, the price increase will take effect 1 July, Kraton announced 31 May.
The US-based polymer supplier cited “the continued increase in raw material and transportation costs” as the main reason for the price increase.
