Prinx Chengshan in link-up with Marangoni

Cologne, Germany - Prinx Chengshan has entered a cooperation with Rovereto, Italy-based Marangoni to strengthen its position in the truck sector, the Chinese tire maker has reported.

The link-up will create “completely new opportunities in the lorry sector,” according to Prinx Chengshan’s Europe managing director Thomas Wohlgemuth.

"With the close collaboration with Marangoni, we and our customers will have completely different options in the future," Wohlgemuth added in a statement for last week’s Tire Cologne expo.

Marangoni is a major player in the field of retreading for truck, bus and earthmover tires, and also supplies customised machinery for the tire industry.
