Focus on renewables and contribution to fuel efficiency at Hanover show
Hanover, Germany - Nynas presented its latest innovations in the field of tire oils that enhance performance and contribute to sustainability at this week’s Tire Tech Expo.
Developments were highlighted both in the exhibition hall and conference centre, where company experts presented technologies that contribute to energy-saving properties in tires.
Products covered included Nytex 4700, said to be widely used by top-tier tire brands for its ability to significantly reduce rolling resistance, leading to enhanced fuel efficiency.
Nynas also spotlighted its Nytex BIO 6200 tire oil incorporating renewable materials, in-line with the sustainability goals of the tire manufacturing sector.
At the conference, senior technical advisor Dr. Kamyar Alavi presented a paper titled "Multivariate approach in compound development with non-conventional raw materials."
In the presentation, Dr. Alavi provided an update on Nynas broader sustainability initiatives, with a special focus on its ReSolution platform.
This platform is designed to offer “a transparent communication channel, showcasing Nynas contributions to sustainability and its dedication to environmentally responsible practices.”
