Tool for optimising industrial processes in tire and technical rubber goods industries can deliver energy savings of up to 29%
HF Mixing Group has developed a new tool called “Smart-Final-Mix-Tool”, which analyses and optimizes existing final mixing processes based on mathematical models and artificial intelligence. Within the algorithm, the batch temperature, the energy consumption, and the mixing quality are linked to each other and then optimized.
