Drew Dubois to take over CFO role at rubber compounder, replacing Ernie Ulmer who is retiring
Burton, Ohio – Hexpol Compounding Americas has announced senior leadership changes at the company, which became effective 2 Jan.
Drew Dubois has taken over as chief financial officer, replacing Ernie Ulmer, who is to retire from the organisation in the second quarter.
Dubois joined Hexpol Compounding Americas in July last year, bringing more than two decades of experience in finance with him.
In particular, he has “proven track record in driving transformational change", which will help the compounder ‘move forward’, said CEO and president Gary Moore.
Meanwhile, Todd Mowery has been promoted from HR director for all US-based operations to a new role as chief human resource officer, added a company announcement.
