Safic-Alcan expands in central Europe with Slovakia office

Bratislava subsidiary to support customers in both rubber and plastics industries
Paris – Safic-Alcan has expanded its presence in central Europe with the establishment of a new subsidiary office in Bratislava.
The Slovakia subsidiary, Safic-Alcan said, is strategically situated to enhance services for rubber and plastics customers in the region.
The Bratislava unit also complements the group’s regional hubs in central and eastern Europe, added the 4 Jan statement.
The new company will be led by managing director Kamil Antos, who already oversees other Safic-Alcan subsidiaries in the region, including in the Czech Republic.
Antos also serves as global business developer for polyurethanes, Safic-Alcan.
“Antos has a proven track record of successfully steering subsidiaries in our region," said Yann Lissillour, CEO of Safic-Alcan.
The local representative for the Slovakia office's activities will be Ondrej Dvorak.
