Exclusive rights to Químicos y Polímeros Corp. to “centralise the operations of the distribution market in Mexico”
Mexico City - Dynasol Group has appointed Químicos y Polímeros Corp. (Quimipol) as exclusive distributor for its emulsion synthetic rubber materials in Mexico,
With the new agreement, effective 1 Dec, Dynasol aims to “centralise the operations of the distribution market in Mexico through a single channel.”
The move, it added, will enable Dynasol to serve clients more effectively in addition to strengthening its presence in key locations such as Monterrey, Guadalajara and León.
Dynasol also envisages synergies between its emulsion rubber (ESBR, NBR, HSBR, HSR) and the solution rubber (SSBR, PBR, SBS, SEBS) businesses, which Quimipol has been serving for the past 10 years.
A joint venture between Mexican Conglomerate KUO and Repsol of Spain, Dynasol has six production plants globally, producing synthetic rubber and rubber chemicals.
Quimipol distributes materials related to the rubber industry and has distribution centers and points of sale in Mexico City, León, Monterrey and Guadalajara.
