Elastomers experts to focus on sustainable fashion

IoM3 Elastomers Group staging hybrid technical seminar mid-December in London
London – The IoM3 Elastomers Group will discuss the role of elastomers in sustainable fashion in its final technical meeting of the year.
Scheduled for 15 Dec, the hybrid afternoon webinar will be free to attend, according to an announcement from the institute group.
Elastomers, said the organisers, are at the forefront of a sustainability-driven transformation within the fashion industry.
The materials offer “innovative solutions to enhance product durability, reduce waste, and minimise the environmental impact of fashion production,” it added.
The technical meeting aims to increase understanding of how broadly elastomers are used and the critical role of these materials in the fashion industry.
