Eric Gosse to take over as chief executive of Nynas

Stockholm – Nynas AB has appointed Eric Gosse as chief executive officer, to join the oil refiner and tire & rubber industry supplier in September.
Gosse will take the helm from Stein Ivar Bye who has been the acting president and CEO since May last year, according to Nynas' announcement.
The in-coming CEO's senior management experience includes a 25-year career at Total Energies, with responsibilities in its bitumen and fuel & lubes businesses.
Gosse is currently a “key member” of Vivo Energy's executive committee, covering supply & distribution and business-development for its power and solar operations.
He holds an engineering degree from the École Centrale de Paris and a master’s degree in finance.
“Eric Gosse comes with a strong industry background and broad international experience in executive positions,” commented Bye.
“I am confident that his leadership will ensure that Nynas' transformation journey continues at a high pace,” the acting president & CEO added.
Bye will continue his engagement in Nynas and support the company as chairman of the board.
