Antonio Paccioretti joins Italian tire maker to take over tax, finance, M&A and IT security areas
Milan, Italy – Pirelli & C. SpA has appointed Antonio Paccioretti as executive vice president for finance and services, effective 14 Nov.
Reporting to deputy-CEO Giorgio Luca Bruno, Paccioretti will directly coordinate the areas of tax, ‘finance, M&A and risk management, real estate and facility, information security and administration, planning and controlling.
Prior to joining Pirelli, Paccioretti served as the chief financial officer of engineering firm Saipem, said the tire maker in its third quarter financial results.
Prior to that, he held the CFO role at two Italian energy infrastructure companies Snam and Italgas.
Between 2002 and 2007, he worked as head of Eni’s capital market and M&A; and CEO of the Eni Coordination Centre in Brussels.
Pirelli also announced that it had extended the responsibilities of Fabio Bocchio, EVP administration, planning & controlling, to cover company’s accounting documents.
Bocchio is taking over the new responsibility from deputy-CEO Giorgio Luca Bruno.
