Industrial parts manufacturer looking to expand Wroclaw office location
Wroclaw, Poland – Industrial parts manufacturer Gates is increasing its presence in Poland with plans to expand commercial office space in Wroclaw.
In a 1 Sept statement, the manufacturer of power transmission and fluid power solutions said the move will accommodate 'an increase in headcount', as it aims to develop its ‘Gates Business Service Europe’ (GBSE) arm.
The unit, Gates said, is responsible for business processes such as finance, IT, pricing and HR.
“In 2022 the focus has been on establishing customer experience, business analytics and legal functions.
“The enterprise is also home to the centre of excellence, a unit dedicated to continuous improvement, change management and business transformation,” said Gates.
The Denver, US-headquartered manufacturer started production in Legnica, Poland in 2001 and currently produces more than 1 million automotive belts per month.
