EC official confirms current position regarding tires, rubber products, components
Brussels – The European Union has not imposed any sanctions on imports of Russian-made tires, rubber products and components or synthetic rubber materials.
As of 28 Feb, the bloc “has not introduced any restrictions to the exports of [these] products from Russia to the EU,” a European Commission spokeswoman stated.
ERJ is continuing to monitor the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on the international tire & rubber industry.
