Global carbon black market to grow 4%/year -- study
Cleveland, Ohio--Global demand for carbon black is set to reach 9.6 million tonnes in 2008, reflecting annual growth rates of 4 percent, according to a new study by the Freedonia Group. The growth matches growth in tyre demand, as two-thirds of all carbon black goes into tyres.
