Fenner appoints ex Vita boss David Campbell to board

Hull, UK-Belting and seals group Fenner plc has added David Campbell to its board as a non executive director, with effect from 1 Nov 2005. He will become a member of the conveyor belting group's audit committee and chairman of the remuneration committee.

Campbell was previously chief executive at British Vita Plc, before the foam, plastic and non-wovens group was purchased by private equity firm Texas Pacific earlier this year.
