Eliokem modifies management
Villejust, France -- Eliokem, the specialty chemicals company, has reorganised its commercial, financial and operational activities, effective in July 1st 2005. All the three departments will report directly to the chief executive officer, Jacques Collonge.
Collonge is named chief executive officer for Eliokem Worldwide and chairman of the executive committee . The managers of the 3 following departments: commercial, administration & finance, production and technology report to him directly, together with the human resources department and the raw material strategic buys.
Richard Sandford is appointed commercial director in charge of the global sales organization and distribution network. He is also head of the marketing department including new business development, business management and external communication.
Philippe Carabin is appointed chief financial officer, in addition to the finance department that includes finance, distribution and administration, and information technology. Carabin will take on overall responsibility for supply chain management and purchasing of equipment and non strategic raw materials.
Olivier Faussadier, is appointed director technology and manufacturing. The technology and manufacturing department encompasses health safety & environmental quality and services, process & product development, technical engineering, technical service & application development and production. Faussadier will also assume the legal position of general manager Ningbo operations. Faussadier is currently based in Villejust, France.
