Trelleborg, Sweden -- Trelleborg's acquistion of the operations of Chase-Walton Elastomers Inc. has now been concluded.
Chase-Walton Elastomers designs, develops and manufactures polymer components in silicone, primarily for the aerospace, medical-technology and biotech industries. Chase-Walton has annual sales of about SEK 100 M, with some 110 employees at production
units in Hudson, Massachusetts. In the US.
Chase-Walton Elastomers Inc. is being integrated fully within Trelleborg Sealing Solutions' existing global operations.
