Trelleborg buys Andre Structural Bearings

Trelleborg, Sweden -- Trelleborg AB has acquired the operations of Andre Structural Bearings in the UK, which has annual sales of approximately SEK 10m (Euro 100 million). The seller is Silentblock UK Ltd.

Trelleborg said Andre Structural Bearings complements Trelleborg's operations in bearings for infrastructure projects, including bearings that protect against seismic movements. The operations will be fully integrated within Trelleborg Engineered Systems.
