Schoch increases stake in Airboss of America

Newmarket, Ontario -- Gren Schoch has acquired 470,000 common shares of AirBoss of America Corp. through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The acquisition gives Schoch 16.17 percent of the equity in AofA.

In a statement, Schoch said the shares have been bought as an investment, and there may be further acquisitions r divestments in the future. The statement said, "After giving effect to the above transaction, Schoch will beneficially own 3,677,191 Common Shares, representing 16.17% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. Of the total number of Common Shares beneficially owned by Schoch, 45,000 are held through PG Schoch & Associates Ltd., a corporation controlled by Schoch. In addition, Schoch also holds 700,000 options to purchase 700,000 Common Shares."
