Dow increases prices of EPDM (Nordel) products

Horgen, Switzerland - - Dow Europe GmbH is announcing price increases for its Nordel hydrocarbon rubber grades across the European, Middle East and African regions.

Effective1 Jan., 2006, the price for all Nordel IP grades will be raised by 120 Euro/tonne and the price for all Nordel MG grades will be raised by 80 Euro/tonne.

Dow sells EPDM materials under the Nordel brand name. The company did not give a reason for the price increases.
