Dubai, UAE -- Bridgestone, Firestone, Michelin, Yokohama and Continental are all set to exhibit at the Dubai Motor Show being held next month at Dubai's International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC).
The show opens on 12 Dec. and closes on 16 Dec. Press day is 11 Dec.
A press release from the show organisers said, "Recent studies reveal that there are 300 factories that assemble cars and other auto-related industries in the GCC region with investments worth AED 4.03 billion (US$1.1 billion) offering employment to nearly 26,000 people. "
A Michelin spokesman said the company plans to focus on company's Tweel product, while a Bridgestone spokesman said the company will talk about technology, safety and future of tyres. Bridgestone plans to focus on comfort of the ride and run-flat tyres, sid the statement.
