Cooper offer to buy back loan notes is over-subscribed
Findlay, Ohio -- Cooper Tire has announced the results of its offer to buy back some outstanding debt. The company will pay between 86.3 and 97.8 cents on the dollar for the three different loan notes under offer.
The offer to buy back up to $175 million in loans was over-subscribed by about $30 million.
