IISRP publishes latest worldwide rubber statistics
Houston, Texas -- The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers has released the 2005 edition of "Worldwide Rubber Statistics," the world's leading source for authoritative data about synthetic rubber, and it is available for sale to interested parties.
This edition of the 75-page book, which has been published annually for the last 25 years, focuses exclusively on global capacity, according to James McGraw, IISRP managing director & CEO. In addition, the geographic regions have been realigned to reflect the current business environment.
The 8½-inch by 11-inch book provides an examination of global capacity and analysis by region and by elastomer type. It also features a section on planned and announced expansions of synthetic rubber plants.
The organisation lists only capacities of member companies, and makes no attempt to estimate -- or even list -- capacities and manufacturing facilities of non-member companies.
The book is available on the IISRP Web site for $1050 for the general public and $20,000 for non-member producers.
